Challenge

Field teams were operating across moving routes, attendance checkpoints, and region-specific workflows without one dependable source of truth. The product had to stay reliable on Android devices with aggressive battery controls while still giving managers a clean real-time dashboard.

Solution

We delivered a React Native field app and a Next.js admin surface on a shared TypeScript delivery base, then hardened Android background tracking with watchdog recovery and adaptive scheduling so live movement and attendance data remained dependable in real operating conditions.

The rollout gave management faster visibility, reduced tracking blind spots, and made field operations easier to coordinate at scale from one connected product experience.

A major delivery focus was making location tracking survive aggressive OEM background restrictions. The native Android package uses watchdog scheduling and restart logic so the system remains dependable in environments where standard mobile tracking routinely breaks.

The monorepo structure kept the mobile app, web dashboard, and shared logic aligned. That reduced implementation drift, accelerated iteration, and made the product easier to evolve as operational needs changed.
